ಈ ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಲನ ಚಿತ್ರ ನೋಡಿರಬೇಕಲ್ವಾ? ಹೌದ್ರಿ ಅದೇ ನಮ್ಮರಾಜಕುಮಾರ್ -ಸರಿತಾ ಜೋಡಿ ಅಭಿನಯದ್ದು. ಈಗ್ಯಾಕೆ ಇವ್ಳು ಆ ಹಳೇ ಚಿತ್ರದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕೇಳ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾಳೆ ಅಂತ ಯೋಚಿಸ್ತಾ ಇದ್ರೆ ಅಲ್ಲೇ ಇರೋದು ಒಂದು ಟ್ವಿಸ್ಟ್. ಹಳೇ ರೆಕಾರ್ಡ್ ನ ಹೊಸ ರಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಡಿದ್ದೆ ಆದ್ರೆ ಮಜಾ ಸಿಗೋದು ಡಬಲ್ ಅಲ್ವಾ? ನಂಗೆ ಆಗಿದ್ದು ಅದೇ. ಜಾಸ್ತಿ ಏನ್ ಆಂಟಿಸಿಪೇಶನನ್ನ ಇಟ್ಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ ನಾನು. ನಾಟಕ ಅಂದ್ರೆ ಹಿಂದೆ ನೋಡಿರುವಂತ ಸೀರಿಯಸ್ ಟೈಪ್ ನಲ್ಲೆ ಇದು ಇರುತ್ತೆ ಅಂತ ಅರೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದಾನೆ ಕಲಾಸೌಧದೊಳಗೆ ಕಾಲಿಟ್ಟೆ. ನನ್ನ ತಂಗಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಕ್ಕದ ಮನೆ ಹುಡುಗಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಇದ್ರೂ ನೋಡ್ರಿ ಬಲ್ಲಿ ಕ ಬಕ್ರಾ ಆಗೋಕೆ ನನ್ ಜೊತೆಗೆ. ಆದರಲ್ಲಿ ಆದದ್ದು ಏನು ಎ೦ದು ತಿಳಿಯಲು ಕಾತುರವಿದ್ದರೆ ಮುಂದೆ ಓದಿ. . . ಕಲಾಸೌಧವನ್ನು ಹುಡುಕಿದ ಪ್ರಸಂಗ ಮೊದಲು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಅಂದು ಶನಿವಾರ - ಮೊದಲೇ ಆಲಸ್ಯ. ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ಬಿಸಿಲು, ಏನ್ ಮಾಡೋದು - ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಜಾರು, ಹಾಗೆ ಸೋಫಾ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೂತ್ಕೊಂಡು ಚಾನೆಲ್ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ ಈ ಟೀವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನ ತೋರಿಸ್ತಾರಲ್ಲ ಆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ಕಣ್ಣಿಗೆ ಬಿತ್ತು. ಅವತ್ತು ರಾಗಿ ಗುಡ್ಡದ ಹನುಮಂತಪ್ಪ ನಮ್ಮ ಮನೆ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದ. ನನ್ನ ತಂಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ಲು - " ನಾನು ರಾಗಿ ಗುಡ್ಡಾನೆ ನೋಡಿಲ್ಲ ಕಣೆ , ಬೆ೦ಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಷ್ಟು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಇದ್ದರೂನು " ಅ೦ತ . ಸರಿ ಹಾಗಿದ್ರೆ ಸಂಜೆ ೭ ಕೆ ಹನುಮಂತನಗರಕ್ಕ...

Makara Sankranti First festival of the year 2011. Definitely some freshness and a feel of joy! Finally the struggle of a couple of hundered days ended on this BIG day. Happiness knew no bounds when the correspondent on the other end keying in some information into the computer announced that I have the seat confirmed for R V college of Engineering , stream - Instrumentation Technology. Dad heaved a sigh of relief. 10 years wind up since this incident, but the pain of courseware and the frightening entrance exam still leaves me with horrifying night dreams. With the admission process coming to an end, I was tagged as RV'ite (All students of RV college are better known so). Are you sitting on your bed wide awake in the middle of the night ruining your peaceful sleep and the reason thats killing your sleep - " The thought of the menu which need to head the breakfast table next morning ", maybe something more of the odds like " What outfit to dive into in a couple of hours? ". Sometimes it gets even worse with the silly questions loitering in the brain shell, the kinds like " Do I have the exact change for the ticket,so as to enjoy the bus ride with no hazzles tomorrow?
